Cran-orange crave
Delivering heart health and flavour reminiscent of cranberry sauce, the ginger
and cinnamon make this a multidimensional experience. Add a tiny pinch
of ground cloves for an added layer of flavour. Cranberries and oranges provide
an army of phytonutrients that pack an anti-inflammatory punch, prevent
thickening of arteries, regulate blood pressure, and reduce LDL cholesterol,
while vitamins A and C promote immunity and glowing skin.

1 cup (240ml) freshly squeezed orange juice
1 cup (240ml) water
2 medium oranges, peeled, seeded, and quartered
1/2 small avocado, pitted and peeled
1⁄4 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
2 cups (240g) frozen cranberries
10 drops alcohol-free liquid stevia or 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, plus more to taste

Throw all of the ingredients into your blender and blast on high for about
1 minute, until smooth and creamy. Tweak sweetener to taste.

1 teaspoon minced ginger, plus more to taste
1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon chia seeds
