Emma Thompson has had her hands and feet immortalised in cement outside the Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. Thompson was honoured at the AFI Festival Opening Night Gala in LA.

She was supported by her co-stars in Saving Mr Banks including Colin Farrell and Tom Hanks who, during his speech, pleaded with Emma to leave England and live in Los Angeles.
