Cinnamon, Vanilla and Star Anise Chai Tea
Makes about 8 cups
3 star anise pods
1 vanilla pod
6 green cardamom pods
1 cinnamon stick
1 bay leaf
2 tablespoons of black tea
1 vanilla pod
7 cups of water
6 tablespoons of honey or sugar
1 cup of milk
1. Place all ingredients in a teapot, add boiling water and allow to steep for approximately 10 minutes or to taste.
2. Pour into tea cups through a strainer.
3. Add honey or sugar and milk to taste.
