London Spy premieres on BBC 2

On November 9, 2015

London Spy premieres on BBC 2 on Monday, November 9 at 9pm. The five-part series was created and written by Tom Rob Smith, author of Child 44 and The Farm. It's our pick for the week.

London Spy is the story of a chance romance between two people from different worlds, one from the headquarters of the Secret Intelligence Service, the other from a world of clubbing and dead end jobs. Danny (Ben Whishaw), falls for the anti-social, brilliant MI6 code genius Alex (Edward Holcroft). Just as the two realise they’re perfect for each other, Alex disappears. Out of his depth in the world of espionage, Danny must decide whether he’s prepared to fight for the truth.

Listen to Tom Rob Smith chat about London Spy towards the end of this interview.
