UNDER 1256 kJ/300 Cal PER SERVE
90 g (3Ό oz/2 cups) baby spinach
1 frozen banana
185 g (6½ oz/1 cup) chopped mango
250 ml (9 fl oz/1 cup) vanilla almond milk or soy milk
