GREEN SMOOTHIE
SERVES 1
I created this smoothie to soothe all tummy troubles – mint, ginger and chia are incredibly good for the digestive system. Plus rocket, lime and cucumber are excellent detoxifiers and absolutely full of nutrients. So next time you’re feeling bloated, weighed down or just a bit under the weather, give it a try.

Ingredients
½ frozen banana, chopped
1 cup coconut water
a handful of baby spinach or rocket leaves
juice of ½ lime
½ Lebanese cucumber
1 teaspoon chia seeds
3–4 mint leaves
½ teaspoon grated ginger
4–5 ice cubes

Method
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
