Agatha Christie’s Crooked House is about to be adapted for film with an outstanding cast lined up. Max Irons, Stefanie Martini, Glenn Close, Christina Hendricks, Gillian Anderson and Terence Stamp make up the all-star cast.
The book is set in 1947 and was said to be one of Christie’s two favourite novels.

Suspicion naturally falls on the old man's young widow, fifty years his junior. There are several Christie adaptations in the works. Kenneth Branagh is working on a new version of Murder on the Orient Express. Earlier this year Kim Cattrall (Sex and the City) was announced as the star in BBC One’s The Witness for the Prosecution.
