In the series return, Ragnar and Lagertha's fleets depart Kattegat once more for Wessex and this time they bring a group to colonise there. King Ecbert hosts the Norsemen and proposes a deal. Despite the misgivings of some of the other leaders, Ragnar leads his forces into battle once more, but this time as allies of Wessex.

Iris is in love with a man who is about to marry another woman. Across the globe, Amanda realises that the man she lives with has been unfaithful. Two women who have never met find themselves in the same place. They meet online and impulsively switch homes for the holidays. Saturday: Les Miserables, 8.30pm, Ten
Jean Valjean, who for decades has been hunted by a ruthless policeman after breaking parole, agrees to care for a factory worker's daughter. The decision changes their lives forever. Starring Hugh Jackman, Anne Hathaway, Eddie Redmayne and Russell Crowe.
